I think if we stick to words and stories on taboo subjects we should be alright, it must be possible to stay within the law and discuss these topics, illegal images are of course a NO NO.

There is nothing about blogging that makes it separate from writing a book, speaking, or just being a citizen.

So everything that is illegal outside of blogging remains illegal inside of blogging. Libel for instance. You can't publicly lie about someone or tell untruths about them.

You can't plot murders, terrorism or other crimes with intent to commit the crimes.
You can not use the blog to coerce someone to do something illegal or sell something and then not deliver it (that's thievery).

There are lots of things that are against the Terms of Service of other sites.

For instance if you write about incest on your blog, that's not illegal, posting images of child pornography or posting links to child pornography is illegal that would be breaking the Terms of Service of the rules of a site.
